SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS
1. Model must be .STL file type only
2. Model must be set to millimeter units
3. Model must be watertight
4. Please send multiple objects as separate files

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify that the conditions are correct to begin the print.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

NO customers behind the desks.

Prints can only be accepted as STL FILES IN MILLIMETERS THROUGH THE GOOGLE FORM. NO other files will be accepted.

MAXIMUM print bed size is 8 inches by 8 inches by 10 inches.

The MINIMUM recommended thickness is 3 millimeters.

Prints will only be started once confirmed through EMAIL from aiasnjit3dprint@gmail.com.

If you have NOT received an email, we do NOT have your print ready. Check the confirmation email for an estimate of printing time. Please be patient.

Be nice to the volunteers, they are here to help you. Our volunteers are your fellow peers, so PLEASE TREAT THEM AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.

Students are responsible for checking files prior to uploading. In the event a print is incorrect, please contact a manager.

Discounts ONLY apply to the cardholder. This CANNOT be transferable.​​​​

You MUST pay for all prints at the time of pickup. NO exceptions will be made.

All prints must be paid for with a CREDIT or DEBIT card ONLY.

NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED and NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN. Contact a manager if you can only pay with cash.

THE STAFF OF THE 3D PRINT LAB RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY PRINTS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW ACCEPTED FORMATS as well as cancel any prints that may be a risk to our machines. If needed, the volunteers will let the customers know how they can fix and proceed with their prints.

FAILURE to adhere to these policies or breaking of any rules MAY RESULT IN REVOKED PERMISSION to use the AIAS 3D Print Lab.
